Yanxun Lao Song Xiao Zhong Hong Cha “Smoked Old Pine Xiaozhong” is a rare and distinctive red tea (black tea), naturally smoked over old pine tree trunks. It stands apart from cheaper alternatives, which are often infused with chemical essences for a smoky flavor and lack the authenticity of the original terroir. This exquisite tea, also known as “Lapsang Souchong,” is authentically produced in the Tongmuguan Nature Reserve in Wuyishan, Fujian, China. In this third batch, we have a different farmer’s product compared to “Batch 02” of the Moychay tea collection. This tea offers an even deeper smoky flavor that transforms into sweetness in subsequent infusions. An absolutely delightful tea.
