A smooth and aromatic Tie Guan Yin with deep orchid and jasmine-like florals, gentle honey sweetness and a subtle creamy character. The liquor has a thick, rounded texture and a clean, lingering finish.

The liquor is bright gold to orange-gold.

HOW TO BREW IT

Use 8 g of tea in a gaiwan or teapot with 95°C water. Begin with a 10-second infusion and increase by approximately 5 seconds with each subsequent steep.

This Tie Guan Yin grows in Fujian highlands at approximately 1,100 meters. After traditional oolong processing, the tea undergoes three caffeine-reduction stages designed to lower its caffeine content while retaining its aromatic character.

The producer states that this process reduces caffeine by approximately 50%.
