Pasha Ancient Tree Ripe Pu-erh Tea Pasha Ancient Tree Ripe Pu-erh Tea comes from Pasha Village in Menghai County, Yunnan Province. This area, with its tropical rainforest climate, an average temperature of 18°C, and annual rainfall exceeding 1600mm, provides excellent conditions for the growth of ancient tea trees over 150 years old. These trees produce thick, nutrient-rich leaves, high in polyphenols and amino acids, which contribute to the tea’s unique flavor and nutritional profile.The tea is hand-picked between March 20 and May 30, with one bud and three leaves selected. Its production process involves traditional methods such as wilting, pan-firing, rolling, sun-drying, and fermentation. This approach retains the tea’s original qualities while enhancing its smoothness and aging potential, allowing it to develop richer flavors over time.When brewed, Pasha Ancient Tree Ripe Pu-erh yields a clear, red liquor with a mellow, full-bodied flavor. A subtle sweetness complements its smooth texture, while earthy and woody aromas reflect its fermentation and the heritage of the ancient trees.For brewing, 8–10 grams of tea is recommended for a 150ml teapot, using water at 90–100°C.
