Start with 10 seconds, steep the second infusion for around 15 seconds and gradually increase the time. WHERE IT COMES FROM Sanming, Fujian, China This Oriental Beauty-style oolong is grown at approximately 1,100 meters and produced from the Jin Xuan cultivar. Natural bites from Jacobiasca formosana leafhoppers trigger changes in the leaves that contribute to the tea’s characteristic honeyed and fruity aromas. The leaves are handpicked and processed through sunlight and shade withering, repeated tossing, 60–80% oxidation, fixation, further resting, rolling and slow drying.
