A smooth high-mountain oolong with layered aromas of ripe fruit, meadow honey and summer flowers and grass. The texture is velvety and the sweetness remains through a long, aromatic finish.
The liquor is clear amber.

Jade Wind grows in high-mountain gardens at approximately 1,100 meters and is harvested once a year in midsummer.
Natural leafhopper interaction contributes to its honeyed and fruity aromatic character. After harvesting, the leaves are sun-withered, gently tossed, oxidized to approximately 70%, rolled and baked in two stages.
